Diary
2/19/01 -- Nothing exciting has happened today. Friday I dumped Justin. He seemed quite upset, but I haven't talked to him since then. Saturday I went bowling with my brother, Guy, and my best friend, Jamie. Chrissy was supposed to meet us, but she didn't show. I won every game, and the first game I got a 142 which is my highest score ever. I didn't do anything interesting Sunday.
2/21/01 -- Yesterday I was a little suprised by how upset a girl got in my english class over my satire paper. She knew the assignment, so she should have known that we were directed to make is as violent, offensive, and shocking as possible. Oh well. I got an A on it, so I guess it doesn't matter what the class thought. I was suprised that Justin actually called me last night. Of course I couldn't think of anything to say when he called. Katie was over, so she talked to him too, and knowing her, that was quite interesting and entertaining. Ilea is my bowling partner, and so far we are undefeated. I hope we win our game today.
2/27/01 -- I got my driver's license on Friday. I've olny driven once without mom, but I had Guy go with me. I bought some blonde hair dye, so hopefylly I'll be blonde by the end of the week, but I'm not betting on it. The Turnabout dance is on Saturday, and hopefully Jamie will go with me, but if not I guess I'll have to find a date. There is a band concert tonight, but I'm not sure if I'm going since I don't feel good right now.
3/1/01 -- I didn't go to the band concert. I was going to dye my hair last night, but I had a headache, so maybe I will tonight. Jamie has agreed to go with me to the dance, but I have to go with her to a basketball game on Friday, which will suck, but it will get me out of the house and away from my dad for the night, so that'll be good. I just hope I don't get hit by any basketballs like last time. I might go bowling with Ilea and her church group on Sunday, that should be interesting... I hope no one gets all preachy to me because that would be bad. I got a 136 in bowling yesterday. Although Ilea only got a 76, we are still indefeated. I hope we win the tournament, that would be awesome.
3/6/01 -- This weekend was interesting. On Saturday I went to Turnabout, it was okay, but not as good as I had foolishly hoped it would be. On Sunday I went bowling with Ilea and her church group. I did alright, getting 101 and 107. Ilea did bad with scores in the 50's and 70's. On Monday there was no school because of Casimir Pulaski day. The day was uneventful with the exception of the latest school shooting, this time in Cali. The figures last I heard were 2 dead, 13 wounded, with 3 in serious condition. It was the typical little kid getting picked on one too many times senario. Kids will just never learn that just because some one is small than you, that doesn't mean they can't find a way to kill you. Foolish children. There is rumour of a shooting taking place here on Friday, so maybe I'll get the day off. That would be nice. But if that does happen and not enough ppl show, it might just get postponed. Well, I guess I'll know by the end of the week...
